Last night the SXU Philosophy Department hosted its first Senior Colloquium. The event was very well attended and everyone seemed to have a nice time. In my last post I talked about the process leading up to last night’s presentation. It was a year long process but last night all the work we have done in the past year culminated with the colloquium.
If you didn’t come, here is what you missed:
Olivia Rossi’s paper was titled “When the Laws Fall Silent or What’s Cook’n in Melos”

Now that the philosophy department’s colloquium is over I can get ready for my next big presentation this Saturday at the Eighth Annual SXU Senior Honors Conference. The conference will take place on Saturday, April 24 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is open to the public. There will be a number of diverse presentations within the fields of biology, communication, communication sciences and disorders, education, English, music, nursing, philosophy political science and religious studies.
